When I join forums I don't read rules, so why are you reading this? I created this forum so that people can share their addictions to the world. Drug addiction is the most infamous form of addiction, but if you look around you will see that there are other forms of addiction.
For now, topics are supposed to end with "overdose". Any topic not ending in "overdose" will be re-titled manually.
You can post images in jpg and gif. The rest of us assumes that the image posted is related to the topic. Images not related to the topic will be manually deleted. Messages not related to the topic will also be manually deleted.
I'm not always online, expect a few hours lag time before some things that need manual override or manual edit is done.
Members are the ones responsible for the information or images contained in his/her messages. If needed, emails and IP's of questionable posts will be made available to authorities upon request.
Topics that discuss human sexuality are acceptable. Sexy photos are acceptable. Pornographic images are not allowed. All pornographic images will be manually deleted. Links to pornography will be manually deleted.
Topics on illegal drugs are allowed. It would be for the benefit of all members if this topic is discussed openly, much like Discovery and NatGeo when they featured "Meth". In the same context prostitution, necrophilia, rape, incest, BDSM and piracy topics are also allowed. People will have greater understanding when the topic is discussed openly.
PROTECTING MINORS
We can never prevent our kids from knowing the taboo topics. These taboo topics are already available in the internet. What we can do is present to our children the reality. By allowing taboo topics we are able to document the tragedies and learn from the experiences of others.
ADVERTISING OTHER SITES SIMILAR TO OVERDOSE
Please don't advertise other forum sites that are similar to Overdose.
PRIVATE MESSAGE (PM) FUNCTION
The PM function has been disabled to encourage information flow. If you wanna say something, say it in the open. This will also force everyone to be careful with the information they share instead of casually whispering info privately without caution.
